PARENT ORIENTATION & PTM FOR GRADE- 9, 10 & 11
To foster stronger collaboration between parents and educators, a Parents Orientation and Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) was organized for Grades 9, 10, and 11. The event aimed to provide parents with deeper insight into their child’s academic journey while addressing the unique challenges of adolescence.
The session featured a talk by the esteemed Dr. Sandhya P. Nagar, who holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, is a Chartered Accountant, and a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner. Drawing from her vast expertise, Dr. Nagar spoke on the topic:
“Parenting Through the Teen Years”
Her session focused on understanding teenage behavior, effective communication strategies, managing academic pressure, and nurturing emotional resilience in adolescents. Parents gained valuable perspectives on how to support their children during these transformative years, both academically and emotionally.
The event was both insightful and enriching, reinforcing the importance of a collaborative approach in shaping the holistic development of students.
