With tremendous fervor, we celebrated International Yoga Day on June 21st.
As the day’s chief guest, we welcomed Ms. Sheetal Pillai, a yoga teacher, therapist, nutritionist, and laughter yoga therapist.
She did a terrific job of demonstrating the yoga poses and discussing the advantages of the practice with the teachers and students.
Teachers and students alike were ecstatic to complete every task exactly as directed. Yoga promotes harmony among the mind, body, and soul. It enables us to comprehend the meaning of life and learn how to endure in a changing environment.
